How long will my order take?

Made to order

Nothing exists until it is chosen.
Fashion typically relies on guesswork: overproducing garments,
forecasting demand, and discounting what remains.
We reject the excess.
Every garment in our collection is cut individually upon order,
eliminating waste while maintaining absolute control over
tailoring standards and fabric integrity.
This is not a delay. It is a discipline.
Refer to our sizing guide to select your standard UK size, 6 through 14, with international conversions listed.
If you require a custom fit, you may submit your precise body measurements at checkout.
We accommodate adjustments across shoulder, bust, waist, hip, and total drop.
Note: any dimensional requests submitted after checkout remain subject to the 24-hour amendment window.
Standard lead time: 4 weeks from
order confirmation to final creation.
Custom specifications: 4 to 6 weeks
for custom hemlines, sleeve modifications,
or measurements outside our standard size chart.
Transit: Lead times refer strictly
to in-house production. Once your garment
passes final quality control, tracked dispatch
is issued immediately via courier.

International
Orders shipped outside the UK are subject to local
import duties and taxes, administered directly by the
destination courier upon arrival.
Standard made-to-order pieces are eligible for size exchanges or returns in accordance with our standard policy.
Garments created with custom measurement modifications or structural alterations are tailored
exclusively to your specifications and are final sale.

Yes, within 24 hours of placement. After this window, fabric cutting begins and adjustments can no longer be applied.

Can I modify my order after it is placed?

Minor architectural adjustments, such as hemline modifications or sleeve alterations, can be accommodated.

Can I request structural alterations?

Standard made-to-order garments can be exchanged for an alternate size or returned.
Custom-altered garments are non-refundable, though we can advise on post-delivery adjustments if required.

What if the fit isn't right upon arrival?

Mass production prioritises speed over integrity. Because your piece is cut and tailored individually, it requires dedicated time in the studio.
Precision cannot be rushed.
